The agreement
These terms cover use of this website and a consumer purchase from Brambleyard. They sit alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Trading name: Brambleyard.
Address: 150 Phoebe Street, Salford, M5 3PH, United Kingdom.
Email: hello@brambleyard.store.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00.
The product pages are an invitation to buy. Adding an item to the basket does not reserve it and does not make a contract. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms that the payment, including the delivery charge shown before you pay, has been taken.
You order as a consumer, for private use. The goods in this catalogue are not made to your specification. Installation is not offered. Every building is supplied flat-packed for self-assembly.
Each listing states the external measurements, the manufacturer, and the price. Those measurements are the catalogue figures for that model. They describe the goods. They are not a separate warranty.
Goods are supplied new. Colours on a screen can differ slightly from the finished product.
Prices are in pounds sterling. The product page, the basket, and checkout use the same goods amount. This is the price for the goods. Delivery is added in the basket. No card surcharge is added.
UK mainland delivery is £49.00 for a pallet order and £7.95 for a parcel order. The charge is once for the order, and it is shown before you pay. A basket can take one delivery type at a time.
Delivery is to the UK mainland. Brambleyard does not ship to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, or the Channel Islands. If a postcode is outside the mainland service, the order is not dispatched.
Pallet orders are left at the kerbside. The carrier uses the telephone number on the order to book the slot. Give an address where the vehicle can stop, and someone who can take the call.
Dispatch and transit times are on the delivery page. Those times are estimates. Title in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
You can cancel most goods for 14 days after they arrive under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Unused goods in their original packaging can also be returned for 30 days after delivery. You pay the cost of sending them back, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
After the goods arrive you have 14 days to tell us you are cancelling, and then 14 days to send them back. Unused goods in their original packaging can also be returned for 30 days after delivery. You pay the return carriage when you change your mind. Brambleyard pays when the goods are faulty or not as described.
A shed, bin store, or bike store is collected rather than posted. Email hello@brambleyard.store to arrange that collection. The refund uses the original payment method and is made within 14 days of the goods coming back, or of proof that you sent them. The full rules are on the returns page.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, your remedies can include rejection, repair, replacement, or a refund. That is separate from a change of mind. Report damage, with photographs, to hello@brambleyard.store.
You may use this website to look at the catalogue and to place an order. The basket and the wishlist are kept in your browser. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are taken on Stripe’s secure page. Brambleyard does not receive the card number.
Brambleyard is responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of breaking this contract, and for loss caused by negligence, where the law says so. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 stay in place.
These terms are for customers in the United Kingdom and are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use the courts of the country where you live.
