After delivery
You can cancel most goods for 14 days after they arrive under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Unused goods in their original packaging can also be returned for 30 days after delivery. You pay the cost of sending them back, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

You pay the cost of returning the goods when you change your mind. If the goods are faulty or not as described, Brambleyard pays.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Remedies can include rejection, repair, replacement or a refund. That is separate from a change of mind. Report damage, with photographs, by email.
A refund is made within 14 days of Brambleyard receiving the goods back, or evidence that you sent them. It can be held until the goods are back, where the law allows it. The refund uses the original payment method. No processing fee is charged.
A shed, bin store or bike store is collected rather than posted. Contact the shop to arrange collection. You pay that collection when you change your mind. Brambleyard pays when the building is faulty or not as described.
